Q: Upper Back Pain?

New User, Becoming EHEALTHy

Hey guys i've been havin a pain on the upper part of the back of my neck. Everytime a make a throwing motion or turn my neck or bend over or something like that I get a sharp pain in the back of my neck right on the bone. It hurts to push on the bone. Any ideas?
