A blood test for what?[/quote]

my family has a history of having a certain illness... And I need it checked out.

But I need to know if it will show in the results.

how long ago did you take it? I don't know if they'll be testing for hormones, but that is basically what it is.

to find anything in your blood, they have to specifically look for that thing. Like let's say it's a pregnancy blood test... They are only looking for things pregnancy related. Most specifically your hcg level. And, no, the morning after pill does not show up in that test.

Or, let's say it was some kind of drug test (although why they'd use blood, I don't know), they are only going to find the drugs they are testing for.

No blood test is all encompassing.
