Just a quick question, does breastfeeding make you thirsty like all the time? I feel like I need to constantly drink something lol. Im assuming its attributed to the breastfeeding but not sure .

Yes it does increase your thirst.

For all the milk you are producing you need to x1.5 that for how much extra you need to intake.

So if baby takes 16oz per day you need to drink 16x1.5 (24)oz extra per day

Breastfeeding mothers should consume no less than 24 oz per day. (that's what I was cold by .Le .Leche .League)

i'm pretty sure it's extreemly important for you to stay hydrated. Especially if you're breastfeeding!

Ok good im not weird lmao, I just never heard anyone tell anyone about tht when breastfeeding. , im about to attempt to move to the couch . Jordynne is asleep on me hopefully she stays asleep lol I hope. Im soooooooooo tired.
