Not exactly sure where to put this, so i'm putting it here. I have had this oval shaped thing under my skin for a couple of years now. It is located on my lower back, right where my butt starts. Basically, it's right where the starting of my butt crack is. At first I thought it could be my tail bone or something, since it never hurt. But recently, it has been sore. I have a feeling it is some kind of cyst. I am pretty sure it popped once. I was doing crunches on the floor, and my belt loop on my jeans pressed against it pretty hard. All of a sudden, my boxers were wet with something. I took a look, and it wasn't blood or anything. It was just this clear substance stuff, smelled kind of funny.

Any ideas?
