According to the details you've outlined (a desire to eat lemon juice 3 days before an expected period is due) ...it is not possible to say if you are pregnant, or not. The desire to eat a specific kind of food is common in pregnant women... but it could mean nothing. You can take a home pregnancy test if your period is more than 5 days late.
