New User, Becoming EHEALTHy
2 days ago I was laying down watching t.V. And sat up and heard a "crack" ever since then it seems like my xiaphoid process is out of place. I went to the doctor and they said it was probably just a torn ligament. . . They said take some ib profin ice it, and it should get better within the week. I'm starting to question their judgment just because he doesn't feel like a strained muscle or ligament. And advice would me much appreciated, thanks.
