I had heard many rumour about the effects of online gaming. Mostly what I heard are the negative effects, is there no positive effect? Please post your view.

yes, online gaming is mostly of negative effects like addiction but there are still positives effects. Some of them are like making new friends, gaming on their leisure time, and probably exercising our brain cells.

Online gaming does not automatically mean addiction. People can develop addictions to pretty much anything, but that doesn't mean that everything is bad. So online games aren't bad, but addictions to online games (or anything else) might be.
