For many years I suffered from migraine headaches. I even went to a headache clinic to be diagnosed. They treated me with beta blockers (indural / proprananol). This medication did not really do anything to help the migraines. When a migraine hit, nothing would get rid of the pain, not percodan nor immitrex. The only relief I got was to take something to put me to sleep. When I would awaken the headache would be gone but I would be fuzzy brained for most of the day.

After many years of taking the beta blockers I read about the herb feverfew. I began taking it (available from health food stores). Within a short month or so I discovered that the frequency and intensity of the migraines was greatly reduced. Within a few months they disappeared altogether.

I have been free from migraines for about five years now and wanted to share this with you hoping that someone else will obtain relief from migraine headaches.
