Q: Child's Stomach Ache

my daughter has been bothered with her stomach for the past couple of days complaining its really sore feeling sick with it below the chest she is not constipated and been taking paracetamol for the pain but its not helping it

According to your daughter’s only symptom (a stomach ache below the chest) the condition is difficult to diagnose. Stomach inflammation (gastritis) is one possibility. Gastritis is quite common, in fact. You can bring your daughter to her primary health provider for an examination. There, you might seek a prescription for a spasmolitic drug (trospium) and establish a correct diagnosis.
