Given the medications you are taking, you are probably experiencing lack of ovulation due to excessive production of the hormone called "prolactin" (hyperprolactinemia). Excessive production of the hormone prolactin by the pituitary gland can cause lack of ovulation. Clomiphene is an ovulation stimulator and distinex (cabergoline) is a prolactin blocker. Estradil and progesterone are female hormones very important for the reproductive functions of the body. It will take at least 6 months to have results using these medications.
