How long after you appendix explodes are you expected to live for if u dont have surgury? I had appendicitus and I recieved surgury to remove it 30 hours after it exploded.

i think it varies usully when it bursts they like to get it otu as fast as possible because when its inflamed it has an infection and when it burts that infection fills your whole abdomen and can put ya into septic shock and kill you. It just depends on your situation. And how well you recover
