Since the last few days there's been a kind of a burning sting on the inner side of my foreskin that comes up in waves of every five minutes or so. I took a peek in there, and it kind of looks like a vein's overgrown or bloated into the approximate size of a breadcrumb. Does anybody have any idea what I might be having, or how to alleviate the pain?
