Q: Digestive Problems?

Hope no one minds me being so direct but for over a year now, i've had soft stools which stick to the side of the bowl. I talked to a doctor about half a year ago and had a medical check up and blood tests and everything came out fine.

The problem is that:
1. I continue to have soft stools
2. My tongue looks like this:

3. I keep getting acne on my chin. I bought all these skin cleansers and it worked for a little while and then I had zits pop up again. They're only on my chin and around or near the lower part of my mouth.

The doctor I visited said everything was fine and had nothing to say about my tongue. The reason I went to see a doctor in the first place is because one day when I was at work I suddenly began to feel really weak. When I visited the doc, my blood pressure was a bit high, but then after the second visit everything was okay and he said it was probably just stress.

I've looked at the following pages:

and

http://beyondwellbeing.Com/ibs/qixu.Shtml

the second one seems to describe what I have very well.

What can I do to get rid of this?

Thanks in advance.

Paul
