I know that it is different from state to state. I live in ohio and for my family of 4 we qualify with making 32,000 a year. You would have to contact someone in your state to make an appointment to see if you qualify. I know that here in ohio you'd contact job and family services. I'm not sure if those are everywhere or just here. But look in to it. Sorry I couldn't be more help. What state do you live in?
