I was in the shower and I saw this small red dot on the tip of my penis. I had recently caught myself in my zipper so I thought it was just a sore or bruise. But the next few days prooved me wrong. More of the small dots appeared. I am afraid I may have an std. Is there a way to self test? And if not. What std could it be?

try webmd, to the right of the website there is a symptom checker... It might just tell you to go to a doctor, as well. I'd help more if I could, sorry... I just don't have one of those things, ya know!?
