Hey, I think what you are describing sounds like fordyce's spots. These are totally harmless and very common. Obviously without seeing them I cant say for sure that's what it is, but if they cause you no discomfort whatsoever and you have no other symptoms and are a virgin it's unlikely to be anything else. If you need a picture i'm sure you can find one if you search on google images or wikipedia
