I had blood and partial tissue come out during first ejaculation after a prostate biopsy. My biopsy came back positive. Are there any concerns with the positive cancer tissue from the biopsy enter my wife body during sex?

Cancer is not an std, and it is not contagious. One person can't give it to another. So if you have prostate cancer, your wife has nothing to worry about. It isn't uncommon to have some blood come out in your ejaculate after a prostate biopsy.
