Dear
I am a young man of 23yrs with an under weight problem which has brought down my spirit and sense of confidence,i have tried everything humanly possible to gain weight and look matured like my age mates, things like forcing my self to eat so much, taking all kind of gain weight drug and medication, doing weightlifting and taking muscle enhancing drug and other things I cant remember but with all this things I still look slim and childish, recently I found it hard to eat very well,i know that for somebody to gain weight ur calories intake should be greater than ur calories outtake,i do have appertite for food but when I take 3,4 spoons am filled I cant take any more food, I have to put any liquid eg water, milk, drink etc in my mouth so I can be able to swallow more food thus it takes me a long time to finish a plate of food, also when I take any food that is hot and spicey I sweat lot especially on my head,i dont know if I have ulcer I believe that there is something or disease that is inside me that eats up all that I take in leaving me underweight, I think I have a very fast metabolism,i dont feel or look physically sick or have any aliment I know of.
What is wrong with me,why cant I gain weight, also is there a way I can reduce my fast metabolism eat well and retain a great amount of what I take in,is there any text I should go for, please am really desprate of your advice and solution to my problem

You can talk with your doctor about it, but just keep trying. If you eat late at night, before bed, you should be able to increase your weight. Try high calorie foods, and you will see good results.
