Q: I Took a Test .. Could I Still Be ..?

Hey all,
well my last period was december the 21st 06 and lasted until 26th 06 since then I have had unprotected sex with my bf throughout the month. Lastnight we got so scaired we had to tell his mum because we didn't know what to do, his mum sat us down and helped us. Then she went to asda and got a double pregnancy test she came home and I done the test .. We waited and waited ... His mum called my bf into her room and spoke to her and said the test is negative, he then told me.
I am doin another test today at his and hopefully goes well.
My period is not due until the 21st of janurary but his mum thought it would be worth a try to see if I was pregnant.
She told my bf that I had sex at the rong time of the month to catch pregnant ...
Even though I done a test and its negative .. Could I still be pregnant?

Yes you could still be pregnant as you are testing too early. Some tests can be done 4 days before your period is due (tomorrow) but even still if your .H.C.G level is too low then it will not show up even if you are pregnant.

My advice to you would be to save the test until the 21st and if your period doesn't show up then take it. Also, as your boyfriends mum does not know when you ovulated last month, she can not accurately say that you missed your ovulation date.

Anytime you have unprotected sex you risk pregnancy and to do it all month when you don't want a baby is completely stupid. You need to just hope and pray you aren't pregnant and if you are not then please do yourself a favour and get on some protection

I agree with the other posters. There is only one answer. Wait until you are suppose to start your period. If you dont start.. Then test. And if it is still negative then go from there.

Well, I just went to the loo and im bleeding .. I don't know if this is my period because im not due til 21st jan.
I doo have pains in my stomach!

But I dont understand why my periods early!

ugh,take a damn test if you still think you might be pregnant. Do you keep track of your periods or do you wing it?

Okay seriously. You come on here scared that you're pregnant. Now you've got your period and you still think something's wrong? Do you want us to tell you you're pregnant or something? Be grateful you're bleeding and use condoms in the future. Buh bye now. Rolling Eyes
