Hey guys,

lately i've developed a rash on one side of my scrotum, and I thought it would maybe just go away after a few days but it didn't, so I don't really know what it is.

Basically, there is an area of skin that is kind of goes through a cycle, it's bright red, then it starts to get dry skin, crack up, the dry skin on top peels off, and then it looks more normal, but like healed scar tissue. Then after a few days it goes back to bright red and the cycle starts all over again.

Is it simply dry skin? Or something worse? Is there any kind of cream I could get for this? I'm a bit skeptical to try standard lotions when it involves genitals without getting advice first.

Thanks in advance for any help,
kevin29

ps: it's not an std/sti because i've never had vaginal/anal sex.
