I started miscarrying on thursday morning and friday afternoon I went to the er with extremely heavy bleeding and I lost a little blood. I was sent home later that night. Since the middle of the night last night, i've been nausous, throwing up and a fever ranging between 100 to 101. I've stopped throwing up since this afternoon but I still have the same temp. I have all these aches and pains and tingling sensation going up my spine, neck and shoulders. It kills.

Is there such thing as getting an infection during a miscarriage or am I just sick with something unrelated to it?

Eek! I'd go back to the .E.R, .Nadia! Just to be safe. That doesn't sound too good at all. Especially after all the really really heavy bleeding you had &stuff. Crying
or Very sad

Id be back at the er, fever signals infection. Thats not good. Should have them check your blood for any signs of infection etc. I dont think any of that is associated with a misscarriage. Did u naturally misscarry? There are also lots of things going around, id make sure to find out what it is exactly specially since u still have a fever. Somethings going on in there.

I don't know if i've ever said here before or not (it's something I don't usually talk about) but I had a miscarriage and I think you need to go to the doctor because the same thing happened to me and it was an infection because I only had a partial miscarriage and didn't know it. I had to have a d&c.
