Q: Wrist Pain

Half a year ago, I twisted my wrist back while catching a football. Now, every time I use it, there's a dull pain that lasts for around 20 minutes after the activity. Even playing an instrument can cause this to happen. Otherwise, my wrist is fine and I can do normal day to day activities pain free. After 3 doctor visits, 1 x ray, and I physiotherapy session, the problem is still not identified Sad does anyone have any ideas?
