Ive always just continues the pills as is, I cant remember if my period ended in between, I know they were shorter on bc and prod did end before the sugar pills. Sometimes I didnt bother with the sugar pills once I ended the real pills and got my period I started the new pills once it ended. I think majority of the time I never bothered with sugar pills. I never got pregnant on bc either so eh id prob just start the new pack.

I have the opposite problem, my period doesn't come until like the last day of sugar pills and lasts into the first couple active pills. I hate my "new" period, it's not heavy enough for a tampon and I hate pads, if I use a pantyliner it's too heavy for that but if I use a normal thin pad there'll be nothing. I've also been spotting for like 3 weeks.

i'm just starting my 3rd pack today so i'm hoping by my next period my body will have gotten used to things and there'll be no more spotting.
