Odds are if you are pregnant (or looking to become pregnant) you have heard about the importance of folic and taking a good prenatal vitamin. What you may not have considered is taking a high quality nutritional supplement to get your folic acid (and many other nutrients important for you and your baby). Taking a pharmaceutical grade nutritional supplement is, in many ways, better than a prenatal vitamin.

I have a very short book, about 20 pages long, that I could send to you which details this very thing. It was written by Dr. Ladd mcnamara, m.D (obstetrician & gynecologist). If you are interested, please send me an email and I will send it out to you at no charge.

My wife and I used the supplements Dr. Mcnamara talks about in his book and she had a very healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby girl. So what's the catch? There is no catch. We'll send you the book for free. We now sell these supplements, but we've decided that it's important to get this information out there. If you decide to try the supplements we can help you with that. And if you just want the book, that's fine too. We're not going to hound you.

Weight loss supplement is a fitness supplement that is designed to help people who use it to achieve a considerable loss of weight. The weight loss supplement can be based on various chemicals, vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc. Examples of weight loss supplements include but are not limited to Solidax ADX, Phentermine, Kava – Herbal, Xenical, Fat Absorber TDSL, Bontril, Meridia, and many more.

Body building supplement is a fitness supplement that is designed to help people who use it to achieve weight gain, muscle building, and strength training. There are many other reasons for using body building supplement products but these three are probably the most popular. Be careful with body building fitness supplement products as some of them could be very dangerous.

Nutritional supplement is a fitness supplement that provides additional sources of nutrients when people don’t get enough of them through food or when a well-designed diet doesn’t work. Nutritional supplement increases the intake of vitamins, amino acids, minerals, herbs, etc. It gives you the opportunity to achieve the average daily intake of some specific nutrient. If you are an athlete, you will have access to some types of nutritional supplement or supplements developed specifically for athletes.

Great thread,

There are many types of health supplements that can, in a safe way, help you to maintain different aspects of your body’s health. If you make a careful choice, you should be able to pick a selection of supplements that will be perfect for you. You just have to analyze your goals. The supplements you choose will depend on your diet, the amount of exercise you get, and your weight loss / gain goals.

Nutrition and natural remedies are now taking hold with many people. They are looking for alternative ways to recover their health or to heal their ill condition. Many know that drugs are good for an emergency or for short term use to get past health dangers. But continually using drugs for years or a life time can cut your life short from dangerous side effects. Smile

Hi,
I've found out I'm pregnant recently and I've been taking spirulina for months before that. Spirulina helped me lose weight before but now I want to know if it could hurt my baby or if it has any side effects in pregnant women? I don't know if it has any other active ingredients.
