Q: Recent Irregular Periods

I have always been regular, 30-32 day cycles. I took the pill for 3 years and stopped in may 03. Since then, I have had 31-32 day cycles up until november. I had 47 day cycle (stressed out)with spotting the 10 days before. Now it is feb. 5 and still no period since christmas! 42 days and counting.
What is going on here? No baby. I have dull feeling in abdomen and I am extremely bloated. It feels like I could start but its felt that way over a week now.
Any suggestions?

Irregular Periods

I don't know really, but I was on the pill for 7 years, and decided to stop taking it in aug '00, and I still don't have regular cycles. Right after I stopped, they were really irregular, and now they have gotten a little more predictable. But mine still fluctuate from 24-28 days. You should talk to your doctor about it. Good luck
