Try warm milk and a nice warm bubble bath before you go lay down. Also avoid caffeine 6 hours before bed and try reading instead of watching tv about 30 minutes before you go to sleep. Hope those help!

Why is it that you cant sleep? Are you worried about your daughter? If so go and sleep in the nursery. Try a fuzzy blanket, watch a lame movie that will put you to sleep..Doo something!!! I dont really have any ideas on this one...I dont have that big of a sleep problem!!

The only thing that works for me when I can't sleep would be some warm tea and/or a hot bubble bath. I usually fall asleep in the tub! Then roll my self outta tub into bed! Hehe...Becareful...Dont fall asleep in tub like me!

Thanx for the suggestions, its not the baby, she already has her cot in my room, its not coffee, and I have read b4 to try to get to sleep, its just weird, I cant sleep, I went to the doctor about it and I cant take any thing ie/ sleeping pills, cause im still breast feeding....... I think its just because pauls ( my partner & girls father) going to sea again, and this time I wont be able to talk to him at all, he was here last night and I slept fine, I guess its stress........Ill try the bath thing, maybe that will help
