Numb Thumb, Could It Be From...? Posted: 01-13-07 19:21pm
I hand-wrote a paper wednesday night, for
approx. 4-hours straight. The thumb on
the hand I used to write with is numb, but
it still tingles to touch. Could this be
from writing so much over such a long
period of time? It's been over 3 days
since I began noticing how numb my right
thumb has become.
P.S. - i'm 21-yr's w/out health
insurance, so I can't see a doctor right
now.

oooh hunny it sounds like you have carpel
tunnel syndrome.
You need to see a specialist and get a
wrist brace.
