Inlarged Testical

I have one testicle that is the size of a
golf ball, there is some pain only when I
walk alot. I need help to get an idea of
whats wrong?

Does it maybe need to "drain" itself so to
say?
~sara~ is it red and hot feeling? If
so its probably an infection.
