Mines a little different I eat during the day but at night I seem to be fine, maybe something at night is causing u to eat alot, im pretty sure alot of people tell themselves that they arent going to throw up, but end up doing it, I know before everytime im like are u sure u want to do this but no matter how many reasons I can think of not doing it, in the end I lose the match

Hi, ashley.

I know what you mean. I think that there's a point where the malnutrition really takes a hold of you and just tries to do everything to compensate for the deprived state your body's in. Which can be especially difficult when you're not mentally prepared to start eating normally again!

Have you worked with a nutritionist at all? Maybe getting a plan for helping you reincorporate food into your day, so that you're not feeling as starved in the evening, would help to prevent the binges. Sometimes "voluntarily" putting the extra calories in your body when you're already worried about eating too much later can be a huge struggle, but it's amazing how much of a difference a little extra "balance" can make!

Best wishes, dear...
