Hi I am only 20 years old and have had a lot of bladder infections and kidney infections... I think it might be caused by my autoimmune disease which my cells are attacking eachother which causes me to be more prone to sickness and such and also is rheumatoid arthritis... But a few weeks ago I had an accident and fell on my back really hard... My back hurt for a while and felt better for about a week or so... Now today I woke up and my lower back just above my hips on the right side started hurting really bad, aching, sharp pains, it kind hurts to breathe and move and it is sensitive to touch. What could this be? Are my kidneys damaged or could it be something else... I can't afford to go to the hospital until I get my insurance which won't be until the middle of next month or so...
