There's a variety of "good bacteria" out there.................We use lactobacillus sporogenes.....................The most important thing to remember when buying it, is to get it from the refrigerated section.
Also you shouldn't have any side effects...................Yes it helps fight the bad bacteria but unless there is massive die off you won't feel the effects..............................If you do.................It's simular to a flu feeling.............And will soon pass......................That just means the good bacteria is doing it's job
