I had my first panic attack in august, it
was completely out of the blue, and also
completely dehabilitating. Ever since
then, i've had this nonstop lightheaded
feeling. I've been seeing a psychologist
thinking that it was anxiety, and she gave
me breathing techniques for it, but I
honestly don't know what it could be.
The only thing I feel anxious about is
having another serious long-lasting panic
attack.
I'm going through all these medical things
looking at fibromyalgia, thyroid problems,
ear problems, and lyme disease, but it's
tough to guess at them since they all have
so many similiar symptoms.
Does anybody else deal with that daily
woozy feeling? I just want it to go
away. I have graduation, summer
vacation, and even college coming up, and
I know that I won't be able to handle
anything in the condition i'm in.

I am suffering from the exact same
thing,have had the dizzy/woozy feeling
since giving birth to my second baby in
july last year!
At first I thought it was down to being
tired, obviosly not as I still have it!
Im currently taking propaol for my
palpataions,and panic attacks,and thought
that could be causing this dizziness.
I have had loads of tests too,and nothing
is worng?
I am due to see a ear specialist next
month, just to complelty rule out any inner
ear problems.
Im sure its down to anxiety, and just hope
it goes away soon!
The best thing is just try and keep
yourself busy, and try not to let it bog
you down too much,it tends to get worse
when you give in to it!!!!
Take care
