Hello- the past few weeks I have had a lot of pressure and pain in my knee. There was no event that I can pinpoint in which I specifically hurt my knee- it just kind of started. It hurts really bad when I put all my weight on it or am sitting in the same spot for a long time (in a car or in class) - I am planning on getting an mri done next week in order to figure out what it is.
My chiropractor suggested that the pain could be coming down from my hip if there is a problem there so he has been doing some adjustments to me with no result.
*it was bothering me so much tonight that I went into cvs to get something to put on it and I asked the pharmacist for some assitance. I told him how I was feeling- the pain in right under my knee cap it hurts very much even feels like my knee is about to explode at times- he said it sounds to me like 'water on the knee'
so I was just wondering if anyone who has had this condition could let me know if this is indeed what I could have and what can be done about it.
Any help/advice is appreciated because this pain is getting really frustrating! Thank you*
