New User, Becoming EHEALTHy

my penis started to shrink and when I have an erection is not straight any more, the front halve of my penis is bend upwards. It is impossible to have normal sexual relationship. Can it be treated with medicine or must I have an operation. Up to a month ago we had a wonderful sexual relationship. Please I need help !!!
