Ok ive had bv( bacterial vaginosis) well im thinking since july( right after around I had sex for the first time) but I didnt get it diagnosed till nov. As I thought I was preggo so didnt worry bout it(never was though). I didnt get it from my partner cuz it was his fist time too so. Well I keep on going back to the doctors & she does a pap test & it still there. Ive gotten meds they not seeming to work since I have gotten some of the symptoms today again!! I've had it( diagnosed) since nov. 5th. So if it didnt clear with the second round of meds. What will they do next? Keep putting me on meds? I am very under weight for my age. Age 17 weighing 104 lbs. & I only gained 2 pounds in 2.5 months. I eat lots & especially drink lots I mean lots of orange juice( about 1 gallon or 3/4 gallon a day Laughing ). Docs really worried cuz I eat regular & have a hard time gaining weight. I used to be 127 b4 I got sick & lost 25 pounds in less than 5 months Confused ...I dont think its nomal. Well I got my af on dec. 30th and I had what looked like discharge but looked like sticky snot. Well jan 31 my blood started turning brown (usually does b4 af stops) it would be brown 1/2 day then I would start to bleed again. That also happend the 5th of feb. I know im not preggo cuz my first time was my last , i'm really cofused Confused . Could all this be because I may still have bv? & how long( if there is a time period) & if they do,do they usually dignose bv as an sti?If anyone has any insight it would be most appreciated!!! Wink

Medication
Are you taking the meds properly?? Not missing any doses and taking all of it until it is gone? If you took it properly the first two times, ask if they can try giving you a different medication... Maybe the one they are giving you just isn't working for you. By the way, where are you in north dakota?? I live in minot. Hope you get it all cleared up soon hun!!
