My 16 year old daughter who lives in another state called me wanting to know if these symptoms could be an std. Her vaginal area is really swollen(a slender tampon wont even fit), and she has a rash in that area. I have no idea what to tell her except to go to the doctor, but she lives with her dads parents until she gets off of probation, and she is scared to tell them in case if it is not a std.
