Hey, i'm a 22 year old female who just started experiencing weird numbness and tingling in my left arm, going up into my shoulder. I have recently started working out, so i'm wondering if that caused it, or what it could be. It started waking me up in the middle of the night and I have no idea what it is! I know that a major symptom of a heart attack is numbness and tingling in the left region of the body, but I have no other accompanying symptoms. Any information will be appreciated!
