Confused
I have a 13 year old who has had problems with his shall we say stomach getting upset since he was small and in about the last year he has had major stomach upset, chronic stomach pain, and to say the least a sick stomach. He has been out of school and in the hospital, had an endoscopy done and the doctor basically said he had never seen anything like it nor did he know what it was. He is going to see another specialist for peds gi but it is driving me crazy. He has pictures of his stomach and it shows it is abnormal and the mucosa is irregular. Could this be a sign of cancer or another problem? He also has fluid around his gull bladder. And what is b-cell-lymphona?

we went to the Dr.S today I still don't know much yet. He has been put on a very bland reflux diet, which we have done before, but we will do again. Had more blood drawn, the max amount to be drawn, for more test because some test were elevated. Having the slides from an endoscopy mailed to the specialist to look at with a pathologist. New meds to take and possibly another endoscopy depending on what the doc sees. He put my son on flagile because of some test results but nothing major but to be taken care of. Doc does not think it is b-cell-lymphona but he is taking every step to narrow it down it seems. Hopefully there will be some answers soon!
