Q: Rash Or Very Dry Skin

I have this very dry area on my lower back around the buttock. I don't have redness or have dry spots. It is very sensetive. I have use lotion and creams. My doctor said it were psoriasis, but I don't have the things that go alone with psoriasis. I also have had back surgery, this started before surgery and it is still affecting me, can you subject something.
