Is the skin too tight to pull back, like it is getting "stuck"? If so, you are going to have to practice gently stretching the skin and pulling back very very gently. You will eventually be able to get all of it over the head

You can also have a doctor take a look, if you're still unsure, and he can tell you how normal you are, too!

Do you mean you have a long strip of skin from your stomach all the way to the head of the penis, or do you mean there is a strip of skin from the head of the penis attached to the shaft of the penis?

I've just been cercumcised at age 21. My foreskin was tight and I couldn't pull it back when I was erect and if I tried it would hurt and my frenolum breve (banjo string) seemed was really tight also which was painful.

When I shown my penis my docter he recommended me to be cercumsized. When I shown the surgen he said I would be stupid not to have the operation.

So I think you should go to the docters and they will let you know if there is a serious problem or not.
