Okay so im due on friday (yay!! Only 3 more days!) but I was wondering..........Cause I think they figure out your due date by your last period??Right?? So if I gave them the correct date of my lmp shouldnt that make my baby come right on the due date or pretty close to it???Cause im positive of my lmp because that was my first day at a new job.

They go by your last period because they can't say for certain when you ovulated. On average pregnancy lasts 40 weeks, the baby can come anytime between 38-42 weeks (or sooner). It's called an *estimated* due date because it's just an estimate of around when to expect them.
