I thought you couldn't use infants motrin until 6 months. I could be wrong. Just get the regular infants tylenol and give it to him 1/2 hour before his appointment.

We haven't gone yet, our appointment is friday. The doctor said to give it to him 1/2 before so that's what i'll do.

I hope he doesn't cry too much. Sad

I would give him the tylenol when you get to the dr's . I know here I had to wait 2 hours to be seen last friday for their shots. Dr's office is always running behind.

Aww poor baby. My kids doc. Use to give them sugar things before and during a shot. Its suppose to help keep their minds off the shot. It worked but not 100%

You should not give the baby anything before a dr's appointment because it messes with a fever if the baby is sporting one....They will not give the baby shots if they have one and any type of meds can throw the temp off.

My doctor tells me to give it to my kids before hand as well. The only way they wont give a shot is if the kids are weezing or have been sick

Trey's so chunky that shots don't faze him. He's .N.E.V.E.R cried for one. He got kind of pissed with one of the 12month ones cause they say it burns but that was it. They even give him his shots in his arm now! Lol

he's just preparing himself for all his tatoos because he knows mommy and daddy have a bunch-lol

Caleb just got his 2 month shots and ladies, it sucks!

These shots I remember vividly!!! They made her flu like for 2 days! She was achy and cranky for 48 hours!!

God, i'm glad she doesn't need anymore till 12 months!

Sarah
