Light exercise is fine, but don't overdo it. Ask your doctor about the video.

yes it is perfectly fine i went to the gym and jogged and lifted light weights up to 7 1/2 months . . after that i did exercise tapes on my tv and bought a thigh master. You just cant lift heavy weights like over 10 pounds and dont run. You know your overdoing it if you cant catch your breath while talking

Workout while pregnant
That would be alright to have a workout while pregnant. In fact, more medical experts encourage a pregnant to perform light workouts so they could have no problems on giving birth.

Exercise is healthy for your body, even during pregnancy. There have been woman who run marathons while pregnant and not study has ever said it is harmful, nor do I know of a single study saying exercise is bad for a baby's health. More studies demonstrate the benefits of exercise.
