Sorry if this is too long. You can skip to the second half where i've marked it with ????? ____ -----. That's where the real questions begin, the rest is back story.
I'm 26 years old and didn't use to have a problem with premature ejaculation. Then last year I was on an anti-depressant for anxiety. While on this I had inorgasmia (difficulty in achieving orgasm). I only had sex a few times while on it, but I would achieve orgasm manually myself as opposed to cumming from the woman's efforts. I probably could have at times, but I took advantage of the inorgasmia and kept going to please her more.
After coming off the drug, I regained my orgasmic abilities and more. It was nice when first coming off, because masturbation did not take so much work. However, now i've found myself to have premature ejaculation. For the first time I had to say, "i swear that has never happened to me before." and it was the truth, but why would she believe that, it was our first time together.
Anyway, i'm trying to learn some techniques. I've bought alan ritz's book "scientifically guaranteed male multiple orgasms and ultimate sex." it's very informational and i'm putting some of the advice to work. Much of the work on premature ejaculation has to do with serotonin and some supplements. I'm trying to give my body what it needs for sexual health and premature ejaculation, and have purchased some chinese herbs he recommends. Though, none are really specifically for premature ejaculation, but may help. We'll see. I'm unsure about pc exercises as he says pc causes premature ejaculation, which I have also read elsewhere. However, pc exercises seem to be the most common technique for premature ejaculation. One site said that they were taught wrong, so perhaps that's why pc exercises can be both good and bad for pe.
I also think this is indeed one of the reasons i've developed pe. I had done pc exercises before and always incorporated contracting it during orgasm. However, while on the medication it was absolutely imperative that I contract it strongly and use vigorous strokes. Now I can barely relax my pc while masturbating or moving or touching my erection.

i've also done a lot of research on herbs that I discovered while looking for and researching products alan's book recommends (for overall sexual health, not necessarily pe). I also looked at pe pills to see what they contain for more info. It seems many of them contain things like 5-htp and passion flower, both used for calming effects or serotonin production. Alan recommends 5-htp but only temporarily. I'm taking a protein supplement to get natural l-trytophan to produce 5-htp naturally. I also take a natural anxiety pill that already contains some 5-htp. So i'm not interested in taking any of those pills as they deal with anxiety, which i've already got under control.
However, (besides some chinese herbs which I may create my own formula with) I did find one product that seems to deal with other causes of pe. It's not a very informational site and the herb names they use are very uncommon. I think they did it on purpose to make it more confusing to compare their product to others. However, I found another site selling their product using different names and googled each name individually to find all the names for those herbs. I'm unfamiliar with nearly all but one of them.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience using these or other pe pills? The ones i'm specifically talking about go by the name last longer. Luckily, i've found another product with the exact same ingredients for less than a quarter of the price, so either way I won't be ordering from them.
I'm doing a lot of research into techniques and supplementing (which i've always done), so i'm really only looking for info on pills and people's experiences with them. Especially ones that don't have to do with treating pe through serotonin or anxiety, i'm on top of that already.
Thanks
