Go to a doctor as there are often many
problems that it could be.
Pain in the epididymis could be
epididymitis, which is an infection.
However, I don't think it causes burning
or painful orgasms.
Variococele also can cause pain in the
teste, epididymis, and veins. But again,
your other symptoms aren't in line.
Really, i'd go to a doctor no matter what.
It's nothing to be embarrassed about and
it's better to know you've had a
professional consider all possibilities
and diagnose the proper one. I often
personally prefer non-western treatments
though. As many western treatments aim
only to treat the symptom. Temporary
treatments however aimed at a specific
cause, such as antibiotics I don't
specifically mind using western medicine.
However, I usually supplement with some
natural antibacterial/immune enhancing
supplement. And of course follow up with
probiotics to replenish the beneficial
bacteria that the antibiotics also killed.
I just find that so often western
medicine does not treat the underlying
problem or they're too quick to recommend
surgery. I've had many problems where the
only western treatment was surgery, but
instead I treated them successfully with
vitamins and/or herbs. Sorry, I went off
on a tangent there. Sorry I couldn't be
of more help.
