Q: Should I Be Worried??

New User, Becoming EHEALTHy
Saturday night I had sex with my gf. She is on bc and takes it religiously every night at the same time. That night she did take her pill. The next night (sunday night) she could not find her pills, they were lost. Today (monday) she is planning on taking the morning after pill just in case. Should I be worried that she could get pregnant because she lost her pills the day after we had sex? Remember she did take her pill the night we had sex...

Also, she is supposed to have her period in 7-10 days...

Extremely EHEALTHy
On birth control you do not ovulate, so a period does not matter.

She would be well protected as long as she got the morning after pill and got another pack of birth control pills immediately!

Some pills require a 'back-up' method for 1 week after missed pills, many do not if you only miss 1 single pill.

So, get morning after pill and a new pack.
