Do you ejaculate often, such as everyday? If so, you might just not have enough sperm present due to over-ejaculation.

Like kia said, i'm sure cum can have many colors and consistencies, depending on your diet, fluid intake, etc. But I would think clear cum is still a sign of low sperm. Whether that's due to over-ejaculation, a low sperm count, or blockage, I wouldn't know.

Wouldn't think it's a major concern though if you don't have other problems or pain. Though, if you wish to father children maybe it's worth a doctor's visit.
