Hello, i'm a 26 year old male, and I work out 4-6 times a week. I was over weight when I was younger then I lost 85lbs and kept it off for 3 years, then I started to gain it back now I feel that I can't loose weight. I understand that my muscle mass is increasing but my waist size is increasing as well. I eat very healthy, always have.
Also for about a year now, after I eat, or during the day I feel very light headed and dizzy and it feels like I want to puke, kinda like i'm drunk. I don't understand. Can any one help please! Any doctors out there with any relief for me?

Thank you for your help. Mad

Extremely eHealthy
The only thing I can think of is maybe you have some sort of blood sugar disorder. You may want to go to your doctor and get that checked out!
