Q: Phimosis...what Are My Options?

Hi, i'm 16 years of age and I am unable to retract my foreskin at all, even when flaccid.

I masturbate and orgasm normally, and my girlfriend doesn't mind my tight foreskin, but I would still like to make it able to retract. I'm still a virgin btw.

I heard somewhere that creams can help. The cream I heard about was 'celestone-v' (betametasone 0.05%). I have some of this. Would it help my foreskin to retract if I apply this cream to the tip of it?

I have tried to stretch my foreskin before, to no avail. Perhaps I was doing it wrong? Could someone describe how I should go about this, and any other methods I should undertake?

Thanks guys

Hmm I dont have a penis and i've never tried this, but i'm gonna reply cos noone else did!!

Phimosis is really common, and yeah i've heard there is a cream available to help treat it. Did you have it prescribed to you? I thought that was the only way it was available. Well yeah those are really the only two things realistically that you can do, stretching exercises and using that cream. As for the technical stuff though, ie - how to apply the cream, how often, how to stretch, I just dont know. If you dont get any response from someone who knows then I would say just go to a doctor and ask them. They see this stuff all the time and they'll be able to advise you properly. Good luck!
