Q: Problems With My Unmentionable Areas And Water

I have a somewhat short frenulum. I'm considering getting frenuloplasty.
But there's another problem that might (or might not) have something to do with frenulum breve.
I cannot maintain and sometimes get erections when in the water, or exposed to water directly (as in swimming, showering, etc)
in the rare and unlikely event that I finally am coaxed into arousal in the presence of direct physical contact with water, the erections I get are usually weak and not at all very enjoyable.
Can anyone suggest why, or how I can do something about this?

It's not that i'm really doing most of my sexual activity in water, or in the shower, it'd just be sorta helpful to know what's going on..Or at least be given some ideas.

Yeah you can really tell when you bring up a topic that nobody knows anything about.
I guess I'm gonna have to wait until that appointment with the urologist is a go...
